Apple has its own range of productivity apps that can be used for word processing, spreadsheets and presentations. They are known as the iWork suite of apps and consist of Pages, Numbers and Keynote. These are free to download from the Productivity category of the App Store. To do this:
Tap on this button on the Featured page of the Productivity category
Tap on the Get button for each of the apps
Each of the apps have templates from which content can be created and they can also be used with the iCloud Drive to save and share files
Each of the iWork apps have to be downloaded separately; they cannot be download in one operation for the whole suite of apps.
