How to use Night Mode in Windows 11 to reduce blue light emissions

Did you know that computer screens emit a blue light that can be disruptive in terms of maintaining good sleeping routines at night? You can reduce the amount of blue light in the evenings by using Night Mode in Windows 11.

To use this:

1) Click on the Settings app on the Taskbar or from the Start menu.

 

 

 

2) Select System, then Display from the menu.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3) Click on the Night light button in the main panel and apply the required settings (the default is to enable the Night light settings from Sunset to sunrise).
